Baby courgette waffles from 6 months: soft BLW recipe with cheddar, easy to grab and ideal for a family meal.

Zucchini and cheddar waffles

These baby zucchini and cheddar waffles are a delicious way to introduce vegetables from 6 months onwards. Soft inside and easy to hold, they are particularly practical for first BLW.

Zucchini adds a tender texture and makes it easy to incorporate a vegetable into a recipe the whole family can share. Cheddar cheese provides flavor, protein, and calcium, while eggs complete the recipe and contribute to its moist texture. Parsley also helps to introduce baby to a different flavor without the need for added salt.

These waffles can be prepared in advance and easily taken on the go. For parents, it's also a great family recipe: you prepare a single batter adapted for baby, then everyone adds to their plate as they wish.
