Soft apple baby from 6 months: a BLW recipe with apple and cinnamon, with no added sugar, tender and easy to handle.

Soft apple cinnamon baby squares

These apple cinnamon baby squares are perfect for a snack or breakfast from 6 months onwards. Their very soft texture allows babies to easily grasp and eat them independently, while the apple and cinnamon naturally provide plenty of flavor without the need for added sugar.

The apple adds a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a naturally sweet flavor that's particularly pleasant in these little cakes. The cinnamon, meanwhile, allows you to introduce a new flavor to your baby right from the start of weaning. It's a simple combination that works especially well in autumn, although these little squares can, of course, be made all year round.

It's also a practical recipe for outdoor snacks: the squares are easy to transport and can be prepared in advance or frozen individually.
