Mini apple & hazelnut cakes

These mini apple and hazelnut cakes for babies are perfect for a snack or a delicious breakfast from 6 months onwards. The apple is used in two ways: first, grated apple blends into the batter, adding a moist texture, while the second, cut into small cubes, leaves small, melt-in-your-mouth pieces after baking.

Hazelnut powder adds a delicate flavor that pairs beautifully with apple and vanilla. With no added sugar, these little cakes are naturally flavored by the fruit. Their soft texture also makes them easy for babies to grasp.

And because we love recipes that avoid cooking three different snacks, simply take out the baby's portion and then add some dark chocolate chips for the older children. One preparation for the whole family!
