Courgette and sweet potato pavé

This baby zucchini and sweet potato patty is a soft and melt-in-your-mouth recipe, ideal from 6 months onwards for starting baby-led weaning. Easy to grasp and eat, it's perfectly suited to little hands and first BLW.

Sweet potatoes , naturally sweet, are a favorite with babies and provide carbohydrates, fiber, and beta-carotene . Combined with zucchini , which is lighter and higher in water content, they create a melt-in-your-mouth, balanced texture. Coconut milk adds a touch of softness and a hint of indulgence, while mild curry gently awakens the taste buds.

A simple, colourful and nourishing recipe, perfect for a complete meal or side dish, and one that the whole family will love.
