Blueberry flan

This baby blueberry flan is a soft and melt-in-your-mouth recipe, ideal from 6 months onwards for starting baby-led weaning. Its soft, easy-to-grasp texture makes it a perfect dessert for those first BLW.

Blueberries , rich in antioxidants , add a naturally sweet and slightly tart touch that stimulates baby's taste buds. Combined with yogurt and eggs, they create a nourishing flan, rich in protein and calcium. Vanilla delicately perfumes the mixture for an even more indulgent flavor.

This recipe is also very practical for everyday use: it can be served as a snack, for breakfast or as a dessert, and can easily be adapted with other fruits depending on the season.

    1. Hello 😊

Yes, no problem freezing them 🙂

Since the fruit was cooked in the flan recipe, you can absolutely freeze it afterwards.

👉 Simply let them cool completely before placing them in the freezer. They will keep for approximately 2 months 🤍❄️
