Baby carrot flan from 6 months: BLW melting recipe with coconut milk and mild curry, ideal for discovering carrots in a different way.

Baby carrot and coconut flan

This baby carrot flan with coconut milk and mild curry is a melt-in-your-mouth recipe ideal from 6 months onwards for starting baby-led weaning. Cut into easy-to-grasp sticks, it's perfectly suited to little hands and first BLW.

Carrots , naturally sweet and slightly sugary, are often a favorite with babies. Rich in beta-carotene , they contribute to development and add a lovely color to the dish. Coconut milk provides a soft , melt-in-your-mouth texture, while mild curry helps to gradually awaken baby's taste buds and introduce them to new flavors.

A simple and original recipe that's a welcome change from classic purées, perfect for serving vegetables in a new way. These little flans are also very practical to pack in a lunchbox, for an outing or a meal on the go.
