Breaded courgettes for baby in BLW

Breaded courgettes

Our breaded zucchini recipe is a great way to reintroduce zucchini to babies and the whole family!
The benefits of zucchini are well-established! They are an excellent choice for a baby's diet.

Rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals: zucchini contains vitamins A and C, important for the immune system and skin health.
Composed of approximately 95% water, zucchini helps maintain good hydration, which is crucial for babies.

Texture: make sure the courgette slices are cooked enough for baby to cut and chew easily with their incisors, but also firm enough for them to hold!

Allergens: Parmesan, egg and flour are allergens, so it is advisable to offer them separately to the baby first in order to monitor any reaction.
