  1. I don't understand, I'm following the recipe exactly to the letter and it's not sticking, it's not forming a ball in my hand…

    1. Hi Manon,
      Did you wait until the rice was completely cold? (It's really important, otherwise it won't hold together). I've added a tip to the recipe if it still doesn't work with completely cold rice.
