Baby food for 6-month-olds

Be careful when introducing allergens into the diet of a 6-month-old baby

When introducing solid foods toa 6-month-old baby, it's important to be aware of potential allergens that could cause reactions. It's strongly recommended to start with simple, non-allergenic foods, such as vegetables or fruits. Later, you can gradually add allergenic foods to yourbaby's diet. When introducing allergens, it's highly advisable to introduce only one food at a time to allow for a more proactive response should your baby experience a reaction. The allergen should be introduced for three consecutive days, as allergic reactions don't always appear immediately. They can develop after a few days.
