Proteins and nutrition for a 12-month-old baby

Protein is essential for your baby's growth and muscle development. That's why it's important to continue including it ina 12-month-old's diet. At this age, you can give your baby up to 20 grams of protein per day. To continue developing a varied diet, we recommend offering three meals with meat, two meals with fish, and at least one meal with eggs over the course of a week. To introduce iron into a12-month-old's diet, you can cook legumes for your baby. With these simple tips, you can best provide your little one with a healthy diet.
