Chicken and sweet potato meatballs: a BLW chicken recipe to serve with a portion of vegetables

The many recipes for baby-led weaning (BLW) allow you to offer your little one a rich and varied diet from a very young age. Balanced plates are a good way to introduce the different food groups to your baby at each meal. For example, your baby can enjoy a chicken recipe BLW, plain yogurt, a vegetable dressed with vegetable oil, and pasta. Many BLW won't include all of these foods. For instance, chicken and sweet potato meatballs, a chicken recipe BLW, should be accompanied by a portion of seasonal vegetables such as carrot or zucchini sticks.
