Chocolate in the menu of an 8-month-old baby, along with hazelnut and cocoa flan

Did you know that it's possible to introduce chocolate to an 8-month-old baby's diet ? During the weaning process, babies can discover the delicious flavor of chocolate around 8 months of age. At snack time, you can awaken your baby's taste buds with homemade recipes made using unsweetened cocoa powder. For an 8-month-old, you could include hazelnut and cocoa flan in a menu for an extra-indulgent treat. It's a simple recipe to make with just 4 ingredients. It's only around the age of 2, or even 3, that 70% dark chocolate bars can be offered to babies, and then only sparingly in delicious BLW.
