Baby biscuit 11 months

Choosing biscuits for an 11-month-old baby to introduce them to nuts, such as banana and hazelnut cookies

Nuts include peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, and more. They are good foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, minerals, and vitamin E, and should definitely be introduced to your baby during the baby-led weaning process. However, nuts are considered a risky food due to their small, round size. To introduce these foods to your little one, try incorporating them into BLW. Banana and hazelnut cookies can be served as an afternoon snack and will delight the whole family.
