A chicken BLW recipe enhanced with spices: chicken, carrot and curry flans

During BLW), it is strongly advised against using salt in cooking. Indeed, a baby's kidneys are still too immature to digest large quantities of salt daily. The essential salt intake for a baby's healthy development is around one gram and is met by naturally salty foods. This doesn't mean that chicken recipes during BLW aren't delicious! Spices and aromatic herbs can add flavor to baby's meals and snacks during BLW. From the start of baby-led weaning, don't hesitate to vary the flavors by using these seasonings in your chicken BLW. Chicken and carrot flans are enhanced with curry, which gives them their orange color and an incredible flavor.
