8-month-old baby menu

A recipe with nuts in an 8-month-old baby's menu: gorgonzola and walnut pasta

Even though nuts are considered high-risk foods during the weaning process, you can safely introduce them into an 8-month-old baby's diet. However, this introduction should be done carefully, as nuts are also allergens. It is strongly recommended to introduce allergens only one at a time for three consecutive days and in small quantities. To offer nuts in a safe way, you can incorporate them into delicious BLW. Gorgonzola and walnut pasta can also be part of an 8-month-old baby's diet, after carefully introducing nuts.
