Baby menu for 10-month-olds

Introduce your baby to the taste of chocolate in a 10-month-old's menu with this hazelnut and cocoa flan recipe

It's well known that adding sugar is strongly discouraged in recipes during the weaning process. Until a baby is 3 years old, it's important to favor naturally sweet recipes to offer a menu for a 10-month-old . But what about chocolate? Around 8 months, it's possible to introduce the flavor of chocolate by adding unsweetened cocoa powder to BLW. The hazelnut and cocoa flan recipe is delicious and will give your baby a taste of the true flavor of chocolate. It's only around 2 or even 3 years old that a 70% dark chocolate bar can be introduced. For a chocolate snack in a 10-month-old's menu, it's best to use unsweetened cocoa powder.
