Typical meal for a 10-month-old baby

A typical meal for a 10-month-old baby with protein: chicken nuggets with parmesan

Protein is a good source of iron, vitamin B12, and Omega-3 fatty acids, and should be introduced into your baby's diet from the start of baby-led weaning. To avoid putting strain on your baby's kidneys, typical meals for a 10-month-old should contain a maximum of 10 grams of protein per day. This nutritional balance is achieved over a full week. So, it's perfectly fine if your baby has eaten a little more than usual at one meal; simply reduce the protein intake the next day. Like everything else, the protein in a 10-month-old's typical meals should be varied and offered in different forms. The BLW for chicken nuggets with parmesan is a great way to reintroduce chicken to your baby.
