Celeriac, an autumn and winter vegetable, is a rich source of nutrients ideal for diversifying a baby's diet, while remaining vigilant about its allergenic potential.

Celeriac

Celeriac is an excellent option for introducing solid foods to babies from 6 months onwards, as part of BLW (Baby-Led Weaning). This root vegetable, with its mild and slightly nutty flavor, offers a unique taste experience for your little one.

💚 The benefits of celeriac for babies:

  • Rich in nutrients: Celeriac contains vitamins (C, K and B6) as well as minerals like potassium and phosphorus, essential for baby's growth and development.
  • Source of fiber: It promotes good digestion thanks to its richness in gentle fibers.
  • Varied texture: Raw in sticks or cooked in melting pieces, celeriac adapts to baby's chewing abilities.

⚠️ Warning: Allergen!
Celeriac is a potentially allergenic food. When introducing it for the first time, be sure to offer a small amount and observe your baby for 48 hours to detect any reactions.
