Continue to offer purees during the BLW Diversification
For some parents, BLW diversification is only offering solid baby foods. This idea is entirely false. The purpose of BLW diversification is to vary as much as possible baby diet by offering it seasonal fruits and vegetables in different forms and textures. This does not mean that baby will never eat purees. Smooth materials, such as puree, are textures that can be tasted on a carrier (a blini, a pancake, etc.) or with cutlery. During BLW diversification, it is important to offer baby purees from time to time so that it can discover this texture. Purees are no longer the main food of baby, but are still part of it.
