Courgette and ham muffins

Delicious little zucchini and ham muffins for baby to eat with their fingers. Zucchini is often one of the first vegetables introduced to little ones when they start weaning. This vegetable is rich in fiber and contributes to healthy digestion, making it ideal when baby begins exploring new foods.

  1. Hello, what weight of zucchini do you recommend for this recipe? I see 1/2 a zucchini, but the zucchini from my garden are so large that I can't use half a zucchini. Thank you!

    1. Hi! 😊
Yes, garden zucchini are often much bigger than store-bought ones. For this recipe, I recommend using about 120 to 150g of raw zucchini. You can adjust it a bit depending on the texture you want, but this amount corresponds to half a medium-sized zucchini.
Feel free to grate or chop it into small pieces to get the right amount. Thanks for your question! 💚
