Good zucchini muffins and perfect ham as a baby meal that starts to eat

Zucchini and ham muffins

Good little zucchini and ham muffins to eat with baby fingers. Zucchini is often one of the first vegetables that we discover on our little pieces when they start food diversification. This vegetable is rich in fiber and contributes to the proper functioning of our transit, so it is ideal when baby begins to discover food.

Our small muffins are soft as desired and therefore perfect to start the BLW .

  1. Hello, what weight of zucchini do you recommend for this recipe? I read 1/2 zucchini but the zucchini in my garden are so large that I cannot put 1/2 zucchini. THANKS !

    1. Good morning ! 😊
Indeed, zucchini in the garden are often much larger than those of trade. For this recipe, I advise you to use about 120 to 150 g raw zucchini. You can adjust a little depending on the texture you want, but this quantity corresponds to half a zucchini of medium size.
Do not hesitate to grate or cut into small pieces to dose well. Thank you for your question! 💚
