Until baby's first birthday, infant and/or maternal milk remains the main source of baby's diet. In addition to these daily doses of milk, your little one will be able to discover the different flavors of the world thanks to the food diversification led by the child. You will awaken baby's taste buds to seasonal fruits and vegetables, proteins, but also milk and dairy products . In the different BLW , sheep's milk, cow and other mammals as well as plant juices can bring a different taste. But that's not all, you can decorate baby homemade meals using pasteurized cheese (mozzarella, ricotta, spread) or cooked pressed cheese (Comté, Beaufort, Gruyère). In addition to these two foods, dairy products also include yogurts. You can offer baby a soft snack by preparing the cake with yogurt and tangerine. The yogurt brings a lightness to the cake that is happy in the mouth. Cheeses as well as plain yogurts can also find themselves alone on the baby's plate in order to present a balanced plate at meals.
