Before starting the food diversification led by the child with baby, it is important to find out. By looking for some information, you will quickly find the different ways of offering baby food as well as foods that can be at risk for your little one! What are risky foods ? These are the foods that, proposed in their raw form, represent a risk of suffocation. We find small, round and hard foods such as cherry tomatoes, raw and hard foods like apple, flat and tight foods such as pancakes or long foods like asparagus. How should you offer them to baby? It would be a shame not to make baby discover many foods because of their raw form represented as "at risk". A simple transformation of these foods will make them safe and offer them to baby without any risk! Cherry tomatoes and asparagus should be cut in four lengthwise. Foods can also be integrated into a delicious BLW in order to be offered to baby safely. The apple can be used to make pancakes, muffins, cakes, donuts, etc.
