Just like proteins, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk and dairy products are part of a baby's food discovery! Baby-led weaning (BLW) allows you to introduce a wide variety of foods to your little one from 6 months old. Even though breast milk and/or formula remain a baby's primary source of nutrition until they are 1 year old, BLW BLW be introduced as a supplement to these daily amounts. To provide a healthy and varied diet for baby, be sure to offer plain yogurt without added sugar, pasteurized cheese, and hard cheeses.
