Avocado: a superfood for babies on a BLW 🥑 Avocado is a valuable ally in your baby's diet, from 6 months onwards, and especially on a BLW

The lawyer

Avocado is a valuable addition to your baby's diet, from 6 months onwards, and especially during BLW (Baby-Led Weaning). Its soft and creamy texture makes it perfect for little hands and first bites.

🌱 The benefits of avocado for babies:

  • Rich in good fats: Avocado is full of monounsaturated fatty acids, essential for the development of the baby's brain and cells.
  • Packed with nutrients: Vitamins (K, E, C, B6) and minerals (potassium, magnesium) make avocado a concentrated source of benefits for harmonious growth.
  • Easy to digest: With its gentle composition, it is perfectly suited to still fragile stomachs.
  • Easy to prepare: No cooking required! Simply slice or lightly crush for baby to explore.

Introducing avocado into your child's diet offers a healthy, nutritious, and delicious food. You can combine it with other fruits or vegetables, such as bananas or sweet potatoes, to add variety.
