From 6 months: scored kiwi

1. Cut off both ends of your kiwi.
2. Cut it lengthwise into quarters.
3. Take one quarter and peel off all the skin.
4. Make three small slits on the sides of the kiwi.

The cuts will allow the baby to grasp the piece more easily by giving them something to hold onto. Choose a ripe, soft kiwi. To check this, the kiwi should be able to be slightly crushed between your fingers.
