From 6 months: half a banana with the peel
The remaining peel will allow your baby to easily grasp the banana without it slipping from their hands. To make it easy for your baby to eat, we recommend always choosing a ripe banana. Its peel should be bright yellow, possibly with some black spots starting to appear.
Warning: if it is too ripe, despite the remaining skin, it will crush in the baby's hand.
