When you become a parent, you constantly think about your baby's diet. What should you give them and for how long? When should you start BLW )? Breast milk or formula is, and will remain until they are one year old, your baby's main source of nutrition. However, around six months of age, your baby's nutritional needs change, and milk alone is no longer sufficient. It will be time to embark on the wonderful adventure of baby-led weaning. But how do you know when it's the right time? Certain criteria will help you determine when your little one is ready to start BLW . Your baby should be six months old, able to sit upright in a highchair, turn their head from side to side, and hold and bring objects to their mouth. If you observe that your baby meets all these criteria, you can begin weaning gently by offering raw foods and then delicious BLW . Remember that every child is different, and the ages given are often just guidelines. Follow your little one's development and everything will go wonderfully.
