The perfect time to make these biscuits? There isn't one! But generally, in Belgium, Speculoos are enjoyed to celebrate the arrival of Saint Nicholas! A wonderful aroma of spices while they bake, the distinctive color of the brown sugar: a recipe I adore!

To make the biscuits OK for children under 12 months, we advise you to remove the brown sugar and bake them for 10 minutes to make them softer.
