The recipe:

Ingredients

  • 400g of chickpeas (265g drained)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid
  2. Peel the garlic
  3. In a blender, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic cloves
  4. Blend, gradually adding the chickpea juice
  5. Clean and slice half of the radishes
  6. Mix into the hummus
  7. Serve the hummus on a carrier (bread, crispbread, wrap…) or with the remaining diced radishes
