Ingredients

  • 400 g chickpea (265 g drained)
  • 1 radish boot
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 tsp. to s. olive oil
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas while keeping the juice
  2. Peel the garlic
  3. In a blender, pour the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and garlic cloves
  4. Mix by gradually adding the chickpea juice
  5. Clean and cut half of the radishes into rings
  6. Mix with houmous
  7. Serve the houmous on a carrier (bread, flower bread, wrap, etc.) or with the rest of the radishes cut in dice
