Most of the time, we feed the baby before the rest of the family for convenience and organizational reasons. Is it important to eat at the same time as the baby? Whether you're following a BLW approach or traditional weaning, the answer is yes. Mealtimes aren't just about eating a homemade meal. They're about coming together to enjoy quality time as a family while eating. These are precious moments of laughter, listening, sharing, and more. It would be a shame to let the baby miss out on these simple pleasures of life. But that's not all. Eating at the same time as the baby also allows you to pass on good eating habits. Indeed, during meals, the baby will observe everyone eating what's on their plate and will be inspired to try the delicious BLW prepared with love. Your little one will mimic your movements, giving you the opportunity to show them what is and isn't acceptable at the table. Even though family meals might be complicated at the beginning of BLW , don't deprive your little one of these precious moments.
