Green vegetables can be difficult to get a baby to eat. Their color often inspires disgust and isn't very appealing. However, it's possible to encourage your baby to eat vegetables with a few simple tricks! The first trick is, of course, to lead by example. If you don't eat vegetables, why should your baby? The second trick is to cook meals with your baby. Cooking develops your baby's curiosity, and they will increasingly want to eat the meals they've just prepared with you, even if there are vegetables on their plate! Perhaps the best trick for getting a baby to eat vegetables is the presentation of the food on their plate. A BLW of polenta fries with ham and peas will attract a baby's attention much more than just peas on their plate. Finally, it's also possible to cleverly hide vegetables in pancakes made with spinach, zucchini, and other ingredients. Baby will be able to enjoy the taste without actually seeing the vegetable on their plate!
