During baby-led weaning, dried fruits and nuts . These two types of food should be introduced differently into your baby's diet. For dried fruits, it's quite simple. Given their small size and sticky texture, it's highly recommended to include them in tasty recipes to add flavor to your baby's meals. For nuts, it's a bit more complicated. These foods are generally small and round, making them potentially risky and they should absolutely be offered in BLW Baby-Led Weaning) recipes when introducing them. But that's not all! Nuts are allergens. It's very important to offer your baby BLW containing a nut for three consecutive days to observe any potential allergic reaction. Remember, it's strongly advised to introduce only one allergen at a time to your little one! These foods have so many benefits that it would be a shame to deprive your baby of them; introduce them carefully into their diet!
