Creamy zucchini pasta: a quick and easy recipe for baby BLW

Creamy zucchini pasta

Our creamy zucchini pasta recipe is a deliciously smooth dish! A flavorful meal that will please both toddlers and older children! Offer it as soon as your baby is comfortable with finger foods. We recommend cooking the pasta for 1-2 minutes longer than the instructions to ensure it's perfectly tender. Serve it with a pre-filled spoon or with utensils as soon as your baby is ready!

  1. Hello, how many grams is a zucchini, please? I have a huge organic zucchini, lol. Thank you, have a good day!

      1. With this recipe, can a nearly 9-month-old baby eat with his hands? He only eats that way. It's impossible to give him a spoon, and this recipe seems perfect for both him and me!
        Can the fromage blanc be replaced with plain coconut yogurt (to avoid dairy)? Will it have the same texture?

        1. Hello Isabelle;

          Baby can ALWAYS eat with their hands 😀!
          Yes, you can try it with coconut yogurt; taste-wise it should be great, and the texture will be slightly wetter, so maybe don't use as much.

          Will you keep me updated?

          1. Thank you! Baby loved it! I added coconut yogurt and vegan Boursin cheese in addition to the garlic. However, the pasta had trouble reaching his mouth. Perhaps it was because it was too wet, as you mentioned. I had to bake it into bars. I'll make it again this week, given how much he enjoyed it 🙂
