From 6 months: orange supreme
1. Cut off both ends of the orange.
2. Peel it completely with a sharp knife, following the curves
. 3. Slide your knife blade between each layer of membrane to remove the segments.
4. Repeat for each segment.
At first, it's difficult for a baby to chew and cut the membranes of citrus fruits with their gums. That's why we recommend preparing segments.
