Mini carrot and courgette cakes (egg-free)

A recipe for egg-free vegetable cakes for baby's meal. These mini carrot and zucchini cakes are easy to offer to your baby. You can even freeze them for days when you don't have time to cook for baby. Enjoy!

The recipe:

Ingredients

  • 100g of flour
  • 150 ml of cow's milk
  • 20 g of olive oil
  • 2.5 g of yeast
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 carrot

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Peel and chop the carrot and zucchini into small pieces
  3. Steam the vegetables
  4. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine the flour and yeast
  5. Add the milk and oil, mix again
  6. Once the zucchini and carrots are cooked, add them to the mixture
  7. Mix everything together
  8. Pour the batter into mini cake molds
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
  10. Then 15 minutes at 180 degrees
