Recipe for mini banana waffles for babies from 6 months old, with no added sugar, rich in fiber and perfect for introducing solid foods.

Mini banana waffles

Mini banana waffles are the perfect recipe to gently introduce your baby to their first soft and fluffy textures. Banana provides a natural sweetness and a texture that's ideal for little hands. It's rich in fiber, potassium, and magnesium, perfect for supporting your baby's growth and digestion. Cinnamon, meanwhile, stimulates their sense of smell and helps them develop their palate with new and comforting flavors.
These little waffles can be enjoyed at breakfast or as an afternoon snack, on their own or with a little applesauce, plain yogurt, or a drizzle of almond butter ( allergen ). A simple, balanced recipe with no added sugar for the whole family.

    1. Hello Tiphaine 🙂
You can use cow's milk or plant-based milk in the recipes,
while remaining attentive to allergens and baby's tolerance.

You can also, of course, use breast milk or formula, depending on what your baby consumes daily. 🍼

👉 Important: Cow's milk or plant-based milk does not replace breast milk or infant formula.
Breast milk/infant formula remains the primary food for babies until 12 months.
