Next, it's important to create a pleasant atmosphere during mealtimes. Finally, it's strongly advised to offer your baby BLW that are appropriate for their development and age! The most important thing is to take your time and relax. In the beginning, your little one is more likely to play with the food than eat it. Take a deep breath, everything will be alright!
