When homemade nuggets are on the menu, the whole family is delighted. But do you know how much protein a baby can eat per day? At the beginning of weaning, it's recommended to offer 10 grams per day, from one year old 20 grams, and finally from two years old 30 grams. Weaning allows you to offer your baby a healthy diet, and above all, one adapted to their age. Animal proteins are indeed important for their proper development, but in excessive quantities, these foods could be dangerous for your baby. A baby's still-developing kidneys won't be able to process too much protein. Did your baby eat a few too many nuggets for dinner? Don't panic, nutritional balance is achieved over a week. This means your little one will eat little or no protein the next day.

Besides chicken, your little one can discover well-cooked red or white meat, cooked eggs, and oily fish in the various BLW recipes. You'll be able to offer your baby a wide variety of proteins, allowing them to discover different tastes and textures!
