In summer, the desire to get outside and enjoy the good weather motivates us to share wonderful moments as a family. How about going on a picnic with your baby? Yes, even with a little one in BLW ), it's possible to venture out into the world. To ensure everything goes smoothly on this family outing, it's important to be well-equipped. What's essential for picnics with a baby? It's important to bring everything your baby needs to eat properly while seated. This includes a high chair or a small booster seat. Then there are the cutlery, a divided plate, a cup, etc. All the essentials for independent eating should also be on hand. Finally, just like with adult meals, baby's food should be kept cool in a cooler with some ice packs. To keep your baby entertained during the family picnic, don't hesitate to bring along their favorite toys! Of course, we mustn't forget our easy-to-eat finger food, like the BLW fluffy pancake recipe!

  1. Hello, I tried the recipe but there must be a problem with the measurements because 100g of shredded coconut is a lot for only 4 pancakes; I only used 20g. Actually, the recipe makes 9 pancakes easily. Otherwise, they were good.

    1. Hi Johanna,
Thank you so much for your feedback! 😊
Indeed, shredded coconut is very light, which can make it seem like there's a lot once it's weighed. It's perfectly possible to reduce the amount to suit your taste (although the coconut flavor will then be a little less pronounced).

So glad you liked the recipe despite everything, and thank you again for your message! 💛
