Goat cheese and fig muffins for baby's meal in BLW and weaning

Fig and goat cheese muffins

A recipe for fig and goat cheese muffins, perfect for introducing your baby to solid foods. Figs are in season from the end of August, making it the ideal time to introduce this antioxidant-rich "false fruit" to your baby and share it with the whole family.

Our sweet and savory muffin recipe is ideal for baby's meal. You can serve them with fruit compote or a dairy product. For older children, feel free to make a nice salad to complement our little muffins.

Enjoy it warm so that the goat cheese remains nice and runny.
