Egg-free tuna muffins

Delicious little egg-free tuna muffins for Baby's meal. Animal proteins are essential for our bodies , and therefore for babies'. They are excellent sources of protein and provide iron, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids. All of this is very important for a child's growth ! It is therefore very important to offer fish to babies. However, the quantity should be monitored because a baby's kidneys are still immature , and too much animal protein could put a strain on them!

That's why our tuna muffin recipe is egg-free! A delicious treat for yourself and others, while still keeping an eye on your protein intake! Remember, it's much easier to manage your protein intake over a week than on a daily basis!

At the beginning of weaning, a baby's plate will generally consist of just a few foods. Baby will start with the discovery phase, exploring their first solid foods and all those new flavors. Little by little, you'll see that baby's plates will become more and more full and, above all, will look more and more like yours. This is when balanced meals come into play! To offer baby a healthy and varied diet, it's important to consider the composition of a balanced plate for your little one! To offer baby a perfect plate, all five food groups should be represented: fruits and vegetables, starches, proteins, fats, and dairy products. Preparing a beautifully balanced plate isn't always easy. For this BLW for egg-free tuna muffins, you can complement baby's plate with carrot or zucchini fries, as well as a fruit compote or yogurt, for example. This way, all five food groups will be included on a single plate! Now all you have to do is the same thing for your plate!
