  • 1 big carrot

  • 70 g chicken
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. to c. vegetable oil
  • Curry
  • Parsley

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees
  2. Wash and peel your carrot
  3. Keep it

  5. Add the carrots and cook for a few minutes
  6. Cut your chicken into small pieces
  7. Cook the chicken pieces
  8. In a bowl, whisk the egg and yogurt
  9. Add the vegetables and chicken
  10. Season with curry and parsley according to your convenience
  11. Pour into your molds
  12. Bake for 20 minutes
