The recipe:

Ingredients

  • a courgette
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pinch of curry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees
  2. Peel your courgette before cutting it into sticks (1 cm thick)
  3. In a bowl, pour a drizzle of olive oil, the curry powder, and the breadsticks
  4. Massage the fries with the mixture
  5. Bake for 15 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Zucchini is a seasonal vegetable for much of the year. It's therefore easy to start baby-led weaning (BLW) with zucchini! Do you know how to offer this vegetable to your little one? BLW development . These different shapes are perfect for helping your baby pick up zucchini from their plate independently. Zucchini can be offered raw or cooked as sticks at mealtimes.
