Introducing your baby to all the delicious flavors of the world is a wonderful and fascinating stage in your little one's life. Baby-led weaning (BLW) allows your baby to discover these flavors independently through tasty recipes. However, when introducing certain foods, extra care is needed. Indeed, there are many allergens. From the start of BLW BLW you can introduce allergens into your baby's diet with particular attention, regardless of any family history of allergies. Allergens should be introduced one at a time for three consecutive days, either on their own or in delicious BLW . Before the body reacts to a potential allergy, at least two exposures are necessary. It is important to be attentive to any allergic reactions your baby might have, such as vomiting, red patches, asthma, changes in behavior, etc. Allergic reactions can appear anywhere from thirty minutes after ingestion to several hours or even several days later. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to contact your doctor. If no reaction occurs, you can introduce the allergen into your baby's diet!
