By offering a variety of foods in different shapes and textures, your little one can discover all sorts of flavors independently. Like everyone else, there will be some foods they don't like at all, and that's perfectly normal. Is there an BLW that your baby doesn't enjoy? Discover how to substitute an ingredient in a recipe , especially fruits. It's easy to change a fruit in a recipe. Fruits are classified into six different categories: stone fruits, pome fruits, exotic fruits, nuts, berries, and citrus fruits. Within each category, fruits are easily replaced with others. For example, blueberries can replace blackcurrants in a recipe, or grapefruit can replace oranges. It's up to you to choose a fruit your baby prefers instead of one they don't like.
