Hello, Can we freeze this recipe?
THANKS
Hello Barbara 🙂
We advise you to freeze the uncooked dough:
to freeze a cookie paste, you have two options according to your future use:
1. Freeze the dough into a ball
if you want to cook all the cookies later:
Prepare your cookie dough as usual.
Form a ball or a disc, then pack it well in cling film.
Place it in an airtight freezing bag and label it with the date and type of dough.
It can be kept up to 3 months.
To use it, let it thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours before spreading it and cutting your cookies.
2. freeze in individual portions
if you want to cook some cookies at a time:
Shape your dough balls (as if you were going to cook them).
Arrange them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and put them in the freezer for about 1 hour (pre-freezing).
Once tough, transfers them in an airtight freezing bag.
When you want to cook, place the balls on a baking sheet and cook directly, adding 2 to 3 minutes to the usual cooking time.
It's super practical to always have fresh cookies on hand! 🍪 😊
Thank you very much ☺️
Hello,
is it 1/4 of the yeast or teaspoon bag?
Should the butter be melted?
THANKS
It is 1/4 of the sachet of powder to lift (thank you besides I modified in the recipe 🙂)
and the butter must actually be soft or melted!
