The perfect combination of cocoa and banana in cookies. Mmm… Baby will absolutely love these little cookies with two flavors. Duo cookies for a colorful snack! Even Mom will want to eat the cocoa and banana cookies. Enjoy!
Hello Barbara 🙂 We recommend freezing the uncooked dough: To freeze cookie dough, you have two options depending on your intended use:
1. Freeze the dough in a ball if you want to bake all the cookies later:
Prepare your cookie dough as usual. Form it into a ball or a disc, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Place it in a sealed freezer bag and label it with the date and type of dough. It will keep for up to 3 months. To use, let it thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours before rolling it out and cutting out your cookies. 2. Freeze in individual portions If you want to bake a few cookies at a time:
Shape your dough into balls (as if you were going to bake them). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for about 1 hour (pre-freezing). Once frozen solid, transfer them to a resealable freezer bag. When you want to bake them, place the balls on a baking sheet and bake directly, adding 2 to 3 minutes to the usual baking time. It's super convenient for always having fresh cookies on hand! 🍪 😊

Hello,
is it 1/4 of a packet of yeast or a teaspoon?
Does the butter need to be melted?
Thank you
It's indeed 1/4 of a sachet of baking powder (thanks, by the way, I've changed it in the recipe 🙂)
and the butter should indeed be soft or melted!
