Just like with adult meals, proper storage of BLW Breast Milk) baby food is very important. After cooling the preparations to room temperature, you can store baby food in several ways. The first technique is to place the recipes in airtight containers in the refrigerator. This appliance will help keep the food at a low temperature for a few days. BLW generally keep for three days in the refrigerator. Vegetarian preparations can last up to four or five days, while recipes made with breast milk only last two days. The second widely used technique is freezing. This will allow you to store baby food for a longer period: between two and twelve months. Chicken preparations will keep for six months, while fish preparations will only last four months. To prevent pancakes or muffins from sticking together in the freezer, freeze them separately at first, and then group them together in the same airtight container. Finally, some flavor preparations can easily be stored in an airtight container outside the refrigerator.
