Ideas for introducing celery from 6 months onwards in BLW : steamed, melting pieces without strings or smooth homemade spread.

Celery

Celery stalks , a crunchy, fragrant and nutrient-rich vegetable, can be offered from 6 months in BLW in a melted form or as a spread!

When thoroughly steamed and with its stringy parts removed, celery becomes tender and easy for little hands to grasp. Its slightly bitter flavor allows you to broaden the range of tastes offered to your baby right from the start of weaning.

It contains, in particular:
✅ Fiber: for good digestion
✅ Vitamin K: for growth and blood clotting
✅ Vitamin C: to support natural defenses
✅ Antioxidants: to protect cells
